We are hiring for Brand Marketing Lead Profile – Total 5 Vacancies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to strengthen the brand's presence and achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights to inform brand strategy.
  • Define brand positioning, brand voice, and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, content marketing, and PR initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and product, to develop compelling and engaging brand assets, such as visuals, videos, and written content.
  • Measure and analyze brand performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in brand marketing, bringing innovative ideas and strategies to enhance brand’s presence.
  • Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful execution of brand marketing initiatives within established budgets and timelines.
Skills & Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven work experience in brand marketing, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and brand management principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful brand marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Proficient in analyzing market research data, consumer insights, and competitor analysis to inform brand strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling brand narratives and messaging.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and vendors.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
